AD&D Insurance helps provide extra financial protection for you and your family in the event of a covered accidental death or injury. Benefit amounts range from $25,000 to $250,000 for an individual and your policy may be written to cover a spouse and children as well at a reduced percentage of your benefit.

AD&D provides valuable protection at attractive rates. It provides benefits in the event the insured individual dies from an accident or sustains a covered injury due to an accident.
  • Coverage is provided on a “Guaranteed Issue” basis to age 70.
  • There are no physical exams required.
  • There are no “pre-existing” condition limitations.
  • Coverage may be purchased for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Your premiums are based on the amount of coverage you select.
  • Your premiums may be paid by credit card or E-Check.
